Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This offer is valid when an existing customer recommends new clients only—someone who has never visited Samuel Chapman Salon or hasn’t had any services in the past 12 months.

Referral Window: All referrals must occur within a 12-month period to qualify for bonus vouchers.

Service Credits: £25 credit applies to full-price services only and cannot be combined with other promotions, memberships, or packages.

Voucher Redemption: The gift vouchers for local restaurants or spas are awarded at the Manager’s discretion.

Referral Tracking: Referrals must be tracked and confirmed by our salon staff. Clients need to ensure that their referral mentions their name at the time of booking. Referrals not properly tracked cannot be credited.

Non-Transferable: Credits and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services outside the ones specified.

Expiry of Credits: The £25 service credit must be used within 6 months of being awarded. Unused credits will expire after this period.

Voucher Expiry: Vouchers for restaurants or spas will have their own expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated when the voucher is awarded.

Eligibility of Services: The £25 service credit applies to cut and blowdry, colour, smoothing services and does not include retail products or treatments outside these categories.

Limitations on Use: Only one £25 credit can be applied per visit. Credits cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional offers.

Program Modification: Samuel Chapman Salon reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. However, all referrals made before any changes will still be honoured under the original terms.

Subject to Availability: Voucher rewards are subject to availability, and the salon reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal value if the preferred voucher is unavailable.
