Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all students with a valid and current student ID. The ID must be presented upon arrival at the salon to qualify for the discount. -
Discount Details:
The promotion offers a 15% discount on hair services booked between Monday and Wednesday. The discount applies to the total cost of eligible services provided during the appointment. -
Valid Days:
The student discount is valid on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. Appointments booked outside of these days are not eligible for the promotion. -
Exclusions:
The student discount cannot be applied to:-
Retail products or hair care items purchased at the salon.

Gift card purchases.

Services booked on weekends (Thursday to Sunday) or on public holidays.

Colour Correction Services

Services booked with Alex or Samuel

Services where another promotion, discount or membership is being used.

How to Redeem:
To redeem the student discount, the student must mention the promotion when booking their appointment and present a valid student ID upon arrival. Failure to provide a student ID will result in the discount being revoked. -
Appointment Booking:
The promotion is valid for bookings made directly through Samuel Chapman Salon’s phone line or website. Appointments are recommended to secure your desired time slot. -
Non-Transferable:
The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the student making the booking. It cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, memberships or loyalty discounts. -
Changes and Cancellations:
If an appointment is rescheduled outside the eligible days (Monday to Wednesday), the discount will no longer be applicable. Any cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the discount. -
Salon Rights:
Samuel Chapman Salon reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice. -
Liability:
Samuel Chapman Salon is not responsible for any failure to redeem the promotion due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. -
Appropriate tests:
All clients are required to have an up to date skin allergy test and any other relevant tests prior to their appointment. Without these, your colour appointment will not go ahead and you may still be charged.
