Terms & Conditions
Please select the level of stylist you would like when purchasing your packages. You may redeem packages with that level of stylist or below only. The exception to this would be if the salon no longer has anyone available at that price point we would upgrade you to a stylist level above.
Promotion is available only between Monday 20th November 2023 and Midnight on Wednesday 22nd November 2023. Packages must be purchased within the promotional period to recieve the extra package free.
The Free package will be added to your account upon purchase and a member of the team will be in touch to confirm with you.
Both packages bought must be the same, with the same level of stylist - The free package will be identical to the ones bought.
Packages and any vouchers associated with them can only be used by the receipient who bought them and can not be gifted to anyone else.
Each set of vouchers will be issued to you at the appropriate appointment for you to redeem thereafter.
Please see individual terms and conditions on each set of vouchers.
Can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
Packages can be used from date bought and until Dec 31st 2024.
A valid skin test and any relevant tests must be carried out prior to any colour service.
There are no refunds available to packages bought.
If you can not make the appointment to which you made your package and you fail to give 24 hours notice, your package will be forfeited and will not be carried forward.
Vouchers have no cash value.
