  • Who can book this offer?
    A: Any new client to Samuel Chapman Salon booking their first Cut & Blowdry with Chloe or Maya.

  • How do I claim the free hair treatment?
    A: If booking online, please book your first Cut & Blowdry and add a treatment to your appointment to ensure Chloe or Maya have the correct allocated time for you. The amount for this will be deducted from your final bill in salon.

  • Is this offer available every day?
    A: It’s available Monday to Saturday with Chloe and Maya, our newest stylists.

  • What kind of hair treatment is included?
    A: Your stylist will prescribe the best one for your hair needs — whether that’s moisture, strength, shine, or repair, worth up to £30.

  • How do I get the discounts on my second and third appointments?
    A: Rebook in the salon after your appointment to lock in the 20% off and receive your mini gift (on second visit) and colour voucher (on third).

​​

  • What if I miss the rebooking window?
    A: This offer is designed to reward consistent hair care, if you miss the timeframe, we’ll still take great care of you, but the offer won’t roll over.

  • Can I book colour too?
    A: Absolutely! This offer applies to the Cut & Blowdry portion of your service only until you rebook for your third appointment when you will be able to use the colour voucher. 

This promotional offer is designed to introduce new clients to our stylists Chloe and Maya and to reward clients who rebook consistently over a series of three appointments from 1st June 2025.

 

By booking this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

  • This offer is valid for new clients to Samuel Chapman Salon or those who haven't visited in 12 months or more, booking their first Cut & Blowdry appointment with either Chloe or Maya.

  • Offer applies to Cut & Blowdry services only.

  • You must rebook in-salon at the end of each appointment to qualify for the next-stage reward. You may change this appointment but it must be within 8 weeks of your previous one to redeem the qualifying reward. 

 

OFFER BREAKDOWN

Step 1, First Appointment

  • Book a Cut & Blowdry with Chloe or Maya and receive a complimentary personalised in-salon treatment, prescribed by your stylist based on your hair needs (worth up to £30).

  • This treatment is only valid during the appointment and cannot be exchanged for retail products or used at a later date.

Step 2, Second Appointment

Rebook your next Cut & Blowdry within 8 weeks of your first appointment to receive:

  • 20% discount on your Cut & Blowdry

  • A complimentary product to take home (subject to availability)

  • Offer is valid only if the appointment is rebooked and attended within the 8-week window. Outside of this, the promotion is forfeited.

Step 3 – Third Appointment

Rebook and attend your third Cut & Blowdry within 8 weeks of your second appointment to receive:

  • 20% discount on your Cut & Blowdry

  • A £20 voucher to use against a future colour service

To redeem the colour voucher:

  • Colour appointment must be booked within 6 weeks of the third Cut & Blowdry

  • Voucher can only be used with Chloe or Maya

  • Voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or split across multiple visits

EXCLUSIONS

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, promotion, discount, package, or membership.

  • Not valid with other stylists.

  • The £20 colour voucher cannot be used on express appointments or added to a package deal.

EXPIRY & CANCELLATION

  • If you fail to attend or rebook within the specified timeframe between each appointment stage, the promotional benefits for that stage will be voided.

  • Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in the offer being withdrawn at our discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Samuel Chapman Salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Offer availability is limited and subject to stylist schedule and booking demand.

  • This promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
