We encourage your feedback, which is why you will receive an SMS after each appointment asking you to rate your overall service. This is so we can continually improve and ensure our standards are as high as they need to be. 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us so we can put it right as soon as possible. 

Not only will we re-do your service for free but we will also credit your account with a free future salon service or treatment which will be chosen for you by the salon manager.

Our aim is to ensure that all guests leave our salon looking and feeling amazing. It is our duty to you that we will strive to achieve this at every one of your appointments. 

You will be treated like a guest in our home

We love our hair homes and we want you to love spending time here too. You will always be treated as a guest by our team of professional, well-trained and knowledgeable staff, whether you are coming in for an appointment or popping in for a chat. Do feel free to ask us any questions you may have. 

We will respect your time

We understand that your time is precious; we will try our hardest to always see you on time and let you know of any changes where we can. We also expect our guests to arrive on time to their appointment and to give us suitable notice if they are running late. Please note that we require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to give this notice or fail to show up, you will be charged up to the full amount of your service bill. 

We will work hard to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience

We understand that visiting a hair salon should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience where you can switch off and unwind. Of course, this can mean varying things to different guests. Should you have any requirements for our team please just let us know and we will try our hardest to ensure you have a pleasurable experience with us.

We have a wide range of products carefully chosen to meet the many requirements of every guest. Our team will only recommend products they think will benefit you and your hair.

14 Day Guarantee

If you aren't 100% sure about the service you have received, you have 14 days after your appointment date to contact us and we will put it right for you. Should it take you longer than 14 days to contact us after your appointment we will endeavour to put things right for you, however there may be some costs incurred. Unfortunately we can not extend our guarantee to fashion colours due to the nature of them fading. 

We will listen to your feedback to improve our service 

As our valued guests we respect any opinions you may have and will always listen to any feedback you give to constantly improve our service. You will receive an SMS after each service for you to leave your feedback, should there be room for improvement our team will be in contact with you to ensure we put it right for you and that it doesn't happen again.
